Hi, I’m OJ Macklin.

I understand how difficult choosing the right fitness plan can be, or not falling victim of the latest diet fad.

When I became a personal trainer, I made a commitment to serving and empowering the community of Pittsburgh by offering group classes that would not only get our members in top physical shape, but also including a variety of methods to help them relieve stress to live a more fulfilled life.

In my years as a personal trainer, I have helped hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness and levels. What I found is that the one thing that they all had in common was that they had to reach deep down and find their WHY, and then they had to establish the BELIEF that they could do it. At OJ Macklin Fitness, we help you create the belief you can succeed and offer you a personalized blueprint to reach your goals, while training with a fantastic group of members just like you.

After years training people of all ages and all fitness levels, I have come to believe that the answer to the above questions is ANYONE can reach their fitness goals if they can instill the belief and be given a roadmap to their fitness success. And my latest program I think is the ultimate combination of all my learning experiences personal training members just like you, as well as teaching group classes. Furthermore, our new schedule availability gives you so many options that will fit YOUR busy schedule. You will receive a personalized fitness evaluation and join either a 3 day a week or a 5 week program, where you will train with people just like you. We train hard, but anyone at any age or fitness level can join and will be training with people of similar fitness levels.
