Access to both standard training classes and cardi-o classes. Classes are available every day except Saturday.
Standard Training
55-minute training sessions. Groups vary in size from 2 to 9 people depending on day and time.
Student Discount
Students are eligible for an exclusive discount on training packages. Valid student ID card MUST be shown to OJ Macklin at your first class. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
