At least 5 LIVE workouts every week. 50 minutes of heart pumping movements you can do in your house. No equipment? No problem. Plus, access to all previously recorded workouts, categorized by body type worked and equipment used, and much more!
We’ll meet in small groups of up to 10 people for a 1 Hour socially-distanced, safe, outdoor bodyweight workout. Resistance bands and gloves will be provided. Available every Saturday & Sunday, weather permitting.
55-minute training sessions. Groups vary in size from 2 to 9 people depending on day and time.
Students are eligible for an exclusive discount on training packages. Valid student ID card MUST be shown to OJ Macklin at your first class. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
